MindPetal

MindPetal was launched in 2006 by Sony George (our President and CEO), who worked as a senior solution architect and program manager at the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), to address complex technical and operational enterprise-level project needs. The newly minted company took over a critical DOL project after multiple failed attempts by large integrators. MindPetal followed a nimble and agile delivery model and successfully stabilized and deployed the DOL system. Building on our successful DOL engagement, MindPetal has delivered projects at more than a dozen federal agencies including the Department of Interior (DOI), Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), U.S. Peace Corps, and the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Fourteen years later, MindPetal continues to deliver complex, enterprise solutions to support our federal customers, including cloud-based, low code, and business process management (BPM) solutions to modernize legacy systems. With 2020 projected revenue of $15M and more than 100 staff, MindPetal offers specialized solutions for case management and forms-based process automation. As an independently assessed CMMI-DEV ML3 and ISO 9001-certified organization, MindPetal lives and breathes quality that is operationalized on each of our customer engagements.
