Mrs. Poonam Sharma is the Promoter and Whole Time Director of the Mindpool Technologies Ltd. Her dedication & expertise have been a cornerstone for the development of Mindpool into a renowned development, IT consulting, and digital marketing firm.

She holds a Bachelor‘s degree in commerce and has completed her B.ED (Bachelor of Education)., with the dynamic experience of 7 years in the IT Consulting & Staffing industry.

Mrs. Sharma has been taking the responsibility of the Human Resources Department and Administrative Operations of the company since the very beginning and continues to do so with an unyielding passion.
