Pierre Vidaillac

Pierre Vidaillac is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the automation and technology sectors. Currently the Founder of a stealth startup since May 2024, Pierre previously served as Vice President of Product Development at ASTEC from April 2022 to May 2024, played a key role in integrating Minds technology into the Astec Digital team. As Co-Founder and Group CEO of MINDS Automation Group from October 2018 to March 2022, Pierre guided the organization's growth, leading to its acquisition by Astec Industries. Prior to that, Pierre co-founded Minds Inc. in March 1994 and established it as a leader in advanced automation control systems within the asphalt industry. Pierre's career began with the co-founding of Sarl ERMIIS, which specialized in automation systems for asphalt plants and terminals. Pierre holds an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III.
