Johnna Loreen

Johnna Loreen currently serves as the Executive Director at Minds Matter Portland, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Johnna was the Director of Development at UKANDU from February 2022 to July 2025, where responsibilities included creating and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies and building relationships with donors and corporate partners. Johnna's experience also encompasses serving as a Reentry Navigator at Edmonds College, facilitating educational opportunities for incarcerated individuals, and leadership roles at Guild Education as a Student Success Advisor and Team Lead, where process innovations improved student and employee experiences. Educational qualifications include a Master of Theological Studies from Harvard University, a Graduate Certificate in Professional Writing from the University of Denver, and a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Studies and Religious Studies from Macalester College.
