Jennifer Kempes

Jennifer Kempes currently serves as the EVP and Director of Client Service at MINDS + ASSEMBLY since October 2025. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Digitas Health from April 2013 to October 2025, where roles included SVP and Group Account Director focusing on prelaunch and launch planning for AbbVie Oncology's solid tumor products and leading marketing strategies for CREON. In the previous position as Vice President at CDM Princeton from February 2005 to April 2013, Jennifer oversaw communications for Merck's contraceptive products and facilitated brand stewardship within Omnicom's network. Additional roles encompassed global launch initiatives and campaign management across various healthcare accounts with a foundation as an Account Executive at Dudnyk and Euro RSCG Life RiverWorks. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in English and Textual Studies from Syracuse University, obtained in 2001.
