Mindsai Gardens is a next-generation food, art, and wellness destination — designed to nourish the soul and transform how communities connect.

Built on a foundation of sustainable real estate and creative placemaking, Mindsai Gardens reimagines underutilized land as vibrant ecosystems of culinary expression, immersive art, and holistic wellbeing. Our flagship site in Cardiff-by-the-Sea features a 12,000-square-foot ocean-view deck, on-site hydroponic farms powered by solar energy, and a curated village of restaurant spaces crafted from modular shipping containers.

We are more than a food hall — we’re an operating system for conscious community. Our tenants thrive through shared resources, turnkey kitchens, robust marketing, and the support of a collective voice powered by our unique “community fee” model. This enables small business owners to focus on what they do best: creating memorable, high-integrity experiences for guests.

Each Mindsai Gardens location is a generational asset, fusing architectural beauty with regenerative business models. Our offerings include yoga and meditation programming, live performance, immersive installations, and on-site food production — all woven into a space that invites joy, wellness, and reconnection with self and others.

We believe in beauty as strategy. We believe in building places people love. And we believe the future of real estate is shared, sustainable, and soulfully designed.
