Seymour Duncker

Seymour Duncker has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Seymour is currently the CEO and Co-founder of Mindscale.ai, an innovation advisory firm focused on AI, service design, and business development. In this role, Seymour helps translate AI into more reliable and effective healthcare solutions and designs AI-enabled platforms for enterprise clients.

Seymour is also a Fellow of the MIT Artificial Intelligence Policy for the World Project, where they collaborate with MIT AIPW and J-Clinic to validate clinical AI algorithms and develop scalable business models for their deployment.

Additionally, Seymour serves as a Strategic Advisor at Decision Counsel, providing guidance to the company. Seymour is an Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Advisor at Kinders, a strategy firm creating digital solutions for the healthcare market.

Furthermore, Seymour is a Board Member at the Mountain View Los Altos High School Foundation. Seymour was a Senior Technology Advisor to Executive Management at Prosegur, a global private security company, where they played a crucial role in their digital transformation journey and increased the share of new digital products.

Previously, Seymour was the CEO and Founder of iCharts, Inc., a leading Cloud BI analytics platform. Seymour also founded and served as the Managing Director of Oceans Management GmbH, an M&A and strategy advisory firm specializing in cross-border transactions between India and Europe.

Seymour's earlier experience includes being the Director of Portfolio Management at SAP, where they executed a successful portfolio management initiative. Seymour also worked as a Business Development Manager at Asera, Inc., a pioneer in SaaS Order Management, where they drove significant revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

Throughout their career, Seymour has received recognition for their leadership and contributions, including an Employee Leadership Excellence Award at SAP.

Seymour Duncker commenced their education at the Technical University of Munich from 1990 to 1992, where they pursued Mathematics and Statistics. Following this, they joined the University of Passau from 1992 to 1996, where they completed an MBA with honors. During this program, they specialized in Computer Science. In terms of additional certifications, Seymour obtained a certification in "Probability - The Science of Uncertainty and Data" from MITx on edX in September 2021.
