Nick Bagalay

Nick Bagalay has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Nick started their career as a Computer Technician at Central Michigan University from October 2006 to May 2011. Following that, they interned at Auto-Owners Insurance as an HR Systems Intern, working as an ABAP developer on large and small projects from May 2010 to August 2010.

In May 2011, Nick joined Auto-Owners Insurance as a Software Developer. In this role, they maintained and developed new programs and reports in SAP for the HR department. Nick had experience in object-oriented design/programming, created web services, and worked on various ABAP reporting and excel extraction projects until September 2013.

From September 2013 to April 2021, Nick worked at Haworth as a SAP Developer, starting as a SAP Developer I and eventually advancing to Solution Engineer III. Nick gained extensive knowledge and skills in ABAP development, working on modules such as sales and distribution, production planning, material management, and warehouse management. Nick also expanded to other SAP modules supported by Haworth, including HR.

Since April 2021, Nick has been working at Mindset Consulting, LLC as a Sr SAP Developer. Nick'sprimary responsibilities include building full-stack solutions for clients, understanding customer needs, providing robust solutions, and utilizing the latest development techniques. Nick also designs and documents solutions and presents them to clients.

Nick Bagalay attended Central Michigan University from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Nick'sfield of study was Management Information Systems. In addition, they received certification in SAP Terp 10 from SAP in May 2009.
