Previously, Romance worked at ICF as a Digital Modernization Lead and at Incentive Technology Group, LLC as a Senior Director. In addition to their corporate roles, Romance is also the Co-Founder of Derm to Door, a skin e-commerce company utilizing AI technology. With over 12 years of experience, Romance has a track record of successfully leading high-profile HR initiatives at organizations such as HHS and the World Bank.
