M. S. has been working in the field since 1991. M. began their career as a Business Consultant at DirectLink Ltd in London (UK). In 1997, they moved to The polyglow Group (The Corporate Team) in London, UK, where they worked as a Business Consultant. In 2005, they co-founded MindsInSync Inc.

M. S. received an English Gramma from King's College London between 1989 and 1995, with a focus in Languages. Prior to that, they obtained a Music Studies degree from Conservatorio Superior de Valencia, Spain between 1980 and 1987, with a focus in Classical Training, theory and composition.
