Mislav Malenica

Mislav Malenica is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader in the field of artificial intelligence. As the Founder and CEO of Mindsmiths since January 2020, Mislav is spearheading the development of multi-agent AI systems that enhance organizational efficiency through human-AI collaboration. Previously, Mislav served as President of the Croatian AI Association from December 2019 to December 2023, advocating for Croatia's advancements in the global AI landscape. Mislav founded Vingd in 2009, pioneering the integration of gamification into digital engagement. Earlier experience includes a role as Research Assistant at the Rudjer Boskovic Institute from 2004 to 2008, where Mislav specialized in AI, machine learning, and decision support systems for healthcare applications.
