Tomica Pustisek

Tomica Pustisek has a strong background in the banking and finance industry, with notable roles at various organizations. Tomica started their career at Zagrebačka banka in 1996, where they held positions such as Head of Treasury, Member of the Management Board and CFO, and Head of Retail. In 2009, they joined UniCredit Bank Austria AG as the Senior Vice President and Head of Productivity and Salesforce Management CEE Retail, and later became the Executive Vice President and Head of CEE Retail. In 2012, Tomica ventured into entrepreneurship and became the Retail Manager and Co-owner of Dobra vina d.o.o. & Dobar vinski bar d.o.o. Two years later, in 2014, they founded TP Consultum d.o.o. and worked as a Management Consultant and Founder of the company. Most recently, since October 2020, Tomica is serving as the COO at Mindsmiths. Overall, they bring a wealth of experience in management consulting, banking operations, retail management, and financial leadership.

Tomica Pustisek pursued their education in a chronological order. From 1989 to 1993, they attended the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu, where they obtained a Master's degree in Finance, Banking, and Insurance. Later, in 2001 and 2002, they enrolled in the University of Edinburgh Business School, where they completed an Executive MBA with a focus on International Business.
