Monika Johal

Monika Johal has a diverse work experience. Monika is currently a Foundation Year 1 Doctor at Barts Health NHS Trust, starting in 2022. In 2020, they were a Clinical Researcher and Research Intern at Mindset, where they were part of the Brand Development team and wrote insightful articles on a weekly basis. From 2017 to 2019, Monika held multiple roles at Imperial College London, including Follow my Footsteps, Co-President of Imperial College Oncology Society, and Imperial Medics Ladies 1st XI Hockey Team Captain. Monika also had a Summer Intern role at Dem Dx in 2019, where they assisted the team with proofing medical content, social media tactics & content creation, social media influencer marketing, and marketing content creation & curation.

Monika Johal attended Bancroft's School from 2005 to 2016. From 2016 to 2022, they are currently studying at Imperial College London, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in Medicine. Monika also completed a BSc in Cardiovascular Science at Imperial College London from 2019 to 2020.
