Viktoria Lindner

Viktoria Lindner has a diverse range of work experience. Viktoria is currently the CEO and Commercial-Co-Founder of Mindsurance, a company that focuses on eliminating barriers to mental health care in organizations. Prior to this, Viktoria founded DRIVEIMPACT, a marketplace that matches clients with HR freelancers. As the CEO and founder, they were responsible for revenue generation and successfully grew the company to multi-million ARR with a large client base in Europe.

Viktoria also worked as a Senior Consultant at Done! Berlin, where they helped fast-growing startups with talent acquisition and HR interim management. Viktoria provided external HR consulting and served as an interim HR Manager for companies such as HeyCar, Factory Market, and BCG-DV. Additionally, they gained experience as an HR Manager Intern and in personal development at foodspring, and as a Human Resources Recruiter at IDM Consulting S.r.l.

Viktoria Lindner attended the University of Potsdam from 2013 to 2014 and studied Medienwissenschaften. Viktoria then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the same university from 2014 to 2017. After completing their undergraduate studies, they went on to Leiden University from 2017 to 2018 to pursue a Master's degree in Psychology.
