Dragana Pavlovic

Dragana Pavlovic currently serves as the Director of HR Transformation at Mindvalley since November 2021. Previously held positions include Global HR Director at IPS-Intelligent Process Solutions and Senior HR Manager at Hyperoptic Ltd., where key responsibilities encompassed the development and execution of Reward and Recognition programs and performance management processes. Dragana also held the role of Manager HR Business Partnership at Air Serbia, managing strategic HR solutions during a workforce optimization process. Prior experiences include Compensation and Benefits Manager and HR Business Partner at HEINEKEN Srbija, along with earlier roles in personal assistance and teaching. Dragana holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Belgrade.
