Mary McGuinness

Mary McGuinness has had a long and varied career in the business world. Mary started in 1988 as a National Sales Manager for Fuji Motion Picture Film USA. In 1991, they moved to Sony Electronics- Professional Media as a Sales Manager. In 2001, they became the Regional Director for Pre-Planning Solutions. In 2005, they began working for both Private Advisory Group and Westview Financial Group as a Producer. Mary then joined The Predictive Group, Inc. in 2014 as Principal of Solana Consulting Group. In 2017, they became VP & Partner at MindWire, Inc. where they predict fit and impact performance on the most important and unpredictable elements of any organization. Additionally, they have been an Advisory Board Member for Saint James Academy Catholic School in Solana Beach since 2012, chairing their Annual Bocce Tournament which raises 25K annually.

Mary McGuinness obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics from Loyola Marymount University. Mary also attended Loyola University of Rome. In addition, they have obtained two certifications, the Predictive Index Certified Analyst from The Predictive Index in August 2014 and the PI Certified Talent Optimization Consultant from Talent Optimization by The Predictive Index in February 2019.
