Hoang Huy Nguyen

Hoang Huy Nguyen has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Hoang Huy started their career as an Equity Research Intern at Passion Investment Fund in 2016, where they performed industry and business model analysis for potential investments. Hoang Huy then worked as an Equity Research Intern at Vina Global Securities in 2017, conducting research on the airline industry and creating forecast and valuation models.

In 2018, Hoang took on internships at resolve Computing Services Co., Ltd as a Business Analyst Intern and at PwC Vietnam as an Audit Intern. These experiences provided him with exposure to business analysis and audit practices.

Hoang then joined Crystal International in 2019 as a Finance Associate, taking on a project manager role. Hoang Huy successfully proposed the adoption of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to automate operational tasks, leading to estimated cost savings of $400,000. Hoang Huy also managed cross-functional teams in implementing various projects and oversaw RPA project execution.

Most recently, Hoang worked at MindX Technology School starting in 2021. Hoang Huy began as a Finance & Investor Relations Assistant, where they developed financial plans, prepared fundraising packages, and successfully raised nearly $3M for the company. In 2022, they took on the role of Fundraising and Project Manager, leading a $15M Series B fundraising round and expanding the company into new markets through new product launches and business line establishment. Hoang Huy also developed cross-functional procedures and performance management systems for internal departments.

Hoang Huy Nguyen received a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking from Hanoi University from 2014 to 2019. Hoang Huy also attended the CFA Institute from 2017 to 2019. In April 2020, they obtained the certification in Strategic Planning Foundations from LinkedIn.
