A craft distillery making a positive impact on the community. Our vision is a commitment to craftsmanship and authenticity. We will only sell what we make from start to finish. We honor the determination and Yankee Ingenuity of the Industrial Revolution to make things once again in Roxbury. We support our Community of local craftsmen, farmers, artists and other businesses by our efforts. We are proud to say on our label Distilled and Bottled by Mine Hill Distillery "Still Made in Connecticut™" Mine Hill Distillery can also host private events, off-sites or photo shoots at our 19th Century landmark destination. We have restored four historic buildings (totaling12,000 SF) with large and intimate spaces situated on 3.5 acres along the Shepaug River. The historic exteriors are complimented by cool, modern interiors that showcase the craftsmanship of yesterday and today. The property has plenty of parking, riverfront access and an outdoor music stage.
