Sebastian Acosta is an experienced engineer with a focus on new product development and design engineering. Currently serving as the Lead Engineer for New Product Development at MineARC Systems since December 2014, Sebastian leads a multidisciplinary team on various projects, including portable gas monitors and fixed gas monitors with IoT capabilities. Previously, Sebastian held roles at several companies, including Senior Mechanical Engineer at MineARC Systems and Design Engineer at Quadro Design, where responsibilities included project management, design development, and team supervision. Notable earlier positions include Lead Engineer at Divex Limited, where supervision and training of junior engineers were emphasized, and Design Engineer roles at Bosich and Boart Longyear.
