Minequip was founded in 1980 to service the construction and mining industry in Latin America from its headquarters in Miami.  Over the last forty one years the company has expanded rapidly, to become the authorized distributors for the leading manufacturers of mining equipment in Suriname and Guyana. 

Minequip's core business is maintaining mining equipment fleets with availability contracts.  We have over 100 ex-pat mechanics and welders in Suriname and Guyana. 

​Minequip is the service provider for Komatsu and authorized distributor for  
Epiroc, Cummins and Atlas Copco in Suriname and Epiroc, Atlas Copco and Cummins in Guyana.
