Don Tomes

Don Tomes has extensive experience in financial management and executive positions. Don has held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Miner Enterprises, Inc. since 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at ITS ConGlobal from 2016 to 2018 and at Dillon Transport, Inc from 2014 to 2016. Before serving as the CFO, Don worked as the Executive Vice President at Bradner Central Company from 2010 to 2014 and as the CEO at conVerd, a subsidiary of Bradner Central Company during the same period. Don also held various finance and accounting roles at Bradner Central Company from 2000 to 2009, including Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller. Don started their career at Comark, Inc. as the Corporate Accounting Manager from 1996 to 2000 and at W.W. Grainger as an Accounting Supervisor and Internal Auditor/Project Consultant from 1992 to 1996.

Don Tomes earned their MBA with a specialization in Operations Management from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, completing their studies from 1997 to 1999. Don also holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, obtained from Illinois Wesleyan University. Don Tomes further pursued their education at Northwestern University, where they participated in Executive Programs focused on the subjects of Mergers and Acquisitions, and Corporate Governance. Additionally, they have attended Wabash College but did not specify any degree or field of study.
