Rodrigo Ramirez is an experienced mining professional with a strong background in operations, project management, and strategic planning. Currently serving as Gerente General at Pampa Camarones SpA since October 2024, Rodrigo previously held various high-level positions at Australgold, including VP Operaciones, VP Servicios Técnicos, and Vicepresidente de Desarrollo Operacional. Key achievements include overseeing resource control, budget management, and leading multiple feasibility projects, as well as managing the construction of significant processing plants. With a decade of experience at Antofagasta Minerals and earlier roles in project engineering and operations, Rodrigo possesses extensive expertise in mining engineering, operational management, and strategic development. Rodrigo holds a degree in Mining Engineering from Universidad de Chile.
