Felipe Sanches

Felipe Sanches has extensive experience in internal audit, compliance, and corporate governance, currently serving as the Head of Internal Audit & Compliance Whistleblowing Hotline at Mineração Taboca since September 2022. Previously, Felipe held the position of GRC Partner at Experiência GRC and was the Head of Internal Audit & Compliance Whistleblowing Hotline at Mineração Rio do Norte, where responsibilities included managing audits and investigations involving senior management and presenting reports to the Board of Directors. With a career starting at PwC Brasil as a Consulting and Auditing Senior Manager, Felipe has successfully led projects in audit, compliance, and risk management. Academically, Felipe holds bachelor's degrees in Accounting Sciences and Information Systems, along with specialized training in Audit Committees and Compliance Management, and is currently pursuing a law degree.
