Tim Babbe is a seasoned mining leader with extensive hands-on experience across various operations. Currently serving as Production Superintendent, Quarry Manager, and Site Senior Executive at Mineral Mining Services since 2025, Tim has held previous roles including Development Superintendent and Operations Planning Superintendent at Rio Tinto from 2014 to 2017. Tim also worked as Mining Superintendent and Project Manager at Mineral Resources Limited and NRW Civil & Mining, respectively, and began their career as a Surveyor at Hamersley Iron. Tim is furthering their education in Survey at Webley Central Tafe while holding diplomas in Operations Management and Business Administration from TNL.
