Andrew Holmer

Andrew Holmer is an experienced operations professional with a solid background in the manufacturing and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Minerals Technologies Inc. since August 2024, Holmer previously held the same position at MetalTek International from October 2021 to August 2024, as well as roles including Engineering Manager. Prior experience includes Foundry Value Stream Manager at Mueller Water Products and various managerial roles at Sivyer Steel Castings LLC and Wirco Inc., where significant projects such as the installation of a new Nobake sand molding line were managed. Holmer's educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Indiana State University and an Associate of Science in Industrial Technology from Parkland College.
