Jon Hastings

Jon Hastings is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate development, strategic management, and operational leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Group President at Minerals Technologies Inc. since 2011, Jon oversees an $800 million Performance Materials business segment and leads 1,400 employees across multiple countries. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, where Jon successfully led M&A transactions that significantly increased company sales, as well as various leadership positions at Dow Chemical and Rohm and Haas, focusing on strategic direction, business turnaround, and profit improvement initiatives. Jon holds an MBA from The Wharton School and advanced degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Carolina and Bucknell University.
