Karen Rieker is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive recruitment experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Recruiter at Minerals Technologies Inc. since May 2021, Karen manages the recruitment, screening, and onboarding processes for Performance Material locations in the United States while collaborating with plant managers and corporate leadership.
