Rafi Mohamed

Rafi Mohamed currently serves as the Head of Infrastructure at Minerals Technologies Inc. since 2022. Previously, Rafi was the Chief Information Officer at O&G Industries, Inc. from 2021 to 2022, focusing on transforming legacy IT systems to cloud-based solutions. Rafi held an advisory role in product development for Znifa Technologies Private Limited and provided pro bono technology consulting for The Newark Museum of Art. From 2018 to 2020, Rafi was the CIO and VP of IT & Digital Strategy at ASSA ABLOY in the US, where significant advancements included establishing a data warehouse strategy and achieving 90% automation in accounts receivables. Rafi's experience also includes a tenure as CIO at Hitachi Metals America, leading SAP implementations and IT operations, and as a Senior IT Manager at PepsiCo, directing application development and supply chain systems integration. Rafi holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from Annamalai University and a Bachelor's in Mathematics from Bharathidasan University.
