Sandy Fuquay has extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and human resources management, currently serving as Director of Compensation, Benefits and HRSS at Minerals Technologies Inc. since July 2016, following previous roles as Manager and Analyst in the same field. Prior experience includes serving as Compensation & Benefits Manager at Phillips Pet Food & Supplies and as an HR Analyst at Aerosoles. Sandy's career began as an HR Administrator at Medical Inter Insurance Exchange and further developed through roles at Etienne Aigner. Sandy holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Rider University.
