Jackie Tran

Jackie Tran is an experienced project and product manager currently serving as an Implementation Project Manager at MineralTree, Inc. since February 2021, where responsibilities include managing customer implementation and optimizing onboarding workflows for enhanced customer satisfaction. Previously, Jackie held the role of Product Manager, leading a front-end product team to deliver new UI features. Prior experience at Wayfair from February 2017 to February 2021 includes serving as an Outsourcing Operations Strategist, focusing on expanding operations teams in Vietnam and the Philippines, and as a Senior AP Analyst, managing over 500 vendor accounts in the kitchen and dining sector. Jackie Tran holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Analytics at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
