Eric Warren

Eric Warren is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. since April 2025. Warren previously held the CCO position at Esperion from February 2021 to April 2025 and led as Head of Commercial. Prior experience includes being the Head of Marketing and Sales at Nabriva, and serving in various leadership roles at Sanofi, including Vice President for the U.S. Cardiovascular Therapeutic Area. Warren’s career also includes significant roles at Merck, where responsibilities ranged from Executive Director of Global Marketing to Senior Marketing Manager. Warren earned a BS in Pharmacy from the University at Buffalo between January 1990 and January 1995.
