Ilias Vlachogiannis

Ilias Vlachogiannis has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Ilias currently holds the position of Head of Vessels ICT at Minerva Marine Inc., starting in March 2023. Prior to this role, they worked at GasLog Ltd. where they held the position of Senior ICT Engineer from September 2021 to March 2023, and ICT Engineer from November 2017 to September 2021. Before joining GasLog Ltd., Ilias worked at Celestyal Cruises as an IT Specialist, On Board from May 2017 to September 2017, and as an IT Specialist from May 2016 to May 2017. Their earliest work experience was as a System Administrator at Hellas Net TV from September 2015 to April 2016.

Ilias Vlachogiannis began their education journey at the Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications from 2008 to 2013. Ilias furthered their education at the same institution and obtained a Master's Degree in Management & Economics of Telecommunication Networks from 2014 to 2016.

In terms of additional certifications, Ilias has obtained several certifications from Cisco. In October 2018, they achieved the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching) certification. Additionally, in the same month and year, they also acquired the Cisco Certified Network Professional Routing and Switching (CCNP Routing and Switching) certification. Furthermore, in February 2020, they gained a certification in Understanding of Cisco Network Devices. Lastly, in March 2022, they obtained two more certifications: CCNP: Advanced Routing and CCNP: Core Networking, both from Cisco.
