Julien Spronck has a long and varied work experience. From 2018 to present, they have worked as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer for Minerva Project. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Data Analytics and Visualization Instructor at Trilogy Education Services, teaching students how to use programming languages and tools in data analytics. From 2013 to 2017, they were a Postdoctoral Associate at Leiden University, where they were the project manager and lead scientist on the MASCARA project. From 2009 to 2013, they were a Research Scientist and Postdoctoral Associate at the Department of Astronomy, Yale University. From 2008 to 2009, they were a Postdoctoral Associate at San Francisco State University.
