Charlene Sebastian has a strong background in program and project management, particularly in the areas of financial crimes, regulatory transformation, and retail credit. Charlene has held various leadership positions at major financial institutions such as TD, BMO Financial Group, and CIBC. During their time at these companies, Charlene has successfully delivered large-scale initiatives, managed budgets and resources, implemented Agile methodologies, and executed strategies for organizational transformation. Charlene has also played a key role in developing and implementing programs related to customer success, sales operations, and strategic partnerships at MinervaAI. Overall, Charlene brings extensive experience in leading complex initiatives, driving operational efficiency, and fostering collaboration across teams.

Charlene Sebastian's education history includes multiple degrees and certifications in various fields. Charlene obtained their Executive Masters of Business from the Sandermoen School of Business at the University of Fredericton, specializing in Data Management and Data Analytics. This degree was earned from 2014 to 2017.

Prior to their Masters, Charlene completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and English from King's University College, which they attended from 1989 to 1993.
