Jennifer Arnold, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jennifer is currently the Co-founder & CEO of MinervaAI, a position they have held since June 2020. Prior to this, Jennifer served as the VP, International Control Governance & Programs Leader at a confidential company from September 2019 to April 2020.

Before that, they held various roles at CIBC, including Senior Director, AML Transformation from January 2018 to September 2019, and Project Manager, AML from July 2015 to January 2018. Jennifer also worked as a Project Manager at BMO Financial Group from 2014 to 2015, specifically overseeing communication, change, and training for the Capital Markets Anti-Money Laundering Program.

Jennifer's earlier experience includes positions such as Director, Corporate Communication & Marketing at Bentall Kennedy from November 2009 to February 2014, and Managing Partner at CREATIVE TRACK from August 2006 to November 2009. Jennifer also worked as a freelance Communications Strategist and Writer from 1993 to 2009, where they specialized in corporate writing and communications strategy.

Jennifer Arnold, PMP has a Bachelor of Honours degree in English literature from Queen's University, which they completed from 1989 to 1993. In 1996, they obtained a graduate certificate in publishing from New York University in New York City. In 2003, they earned a certificate in Crisis Communication from the University of Toronto. Jennifer also pursued further education in Project Management, completing a PMP (Project Management Professional) degree from the University of Toronto in 2013 and 2014. Additionally, in 2016, they obtained the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
