Jennifer Arnold, PMP has a Bachelor of Honours degree in English literature from Queen's University, which they completed from 1989 to 1993. In 1996, they obtained a graduate certificate in publishing from New York University in New York City. In 2003, they earned a certificate in Crisis Communication from the University of Toronto. Jennifer also pursued further education in Project Management, completing a PMP (Project Management Professional) degree from the University of Toronto in 2013 and 2014. Additionally, in 2016, they obtained the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
