Shalini Deshpande

Shalini Deshpande has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Shalini currently holds the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist at MineSense Technologies Ltd., starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an HR-Recruiter at Taiga Building Products from April 2022 to December 2022. Shalini also has experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Recruiting in Motion from March 2022 to April 2022.

In addition to their recruitment roles, Shalini has made contributions in the non-profit sector as Head of Operations at Mythri Foundation. During their tenure from March 2018 to December 2021, they successfully organized concerts to raise funds for medical needs of the underprivileged and established a community clinic to provide free medical consultations.

Before joining Mythri Foundation, Shalini served as the VP of Human Resources at Bit Order Technologies, specializing in Salesforce consulting and application development, from October 2010 to March 2018. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Human Resources Associate at Saptha Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in 2006 and as a Staffing Specialist at CareerPath Consulting from 2002 to 2006.

Earlier in their career, Shalini held positions such as HR Executive at V&V Software Pvt Ltd in 2001, Assistant Administrative Officer at ADSI (now Accenture India) from April 2000 to February 2001, and HR Executive at Lakhotia Computer Centre (Kernel Software) from April 1998 to March 2000.

Shalini Deshpande completed their Bachelor of Science in Electronics at Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College from 1995 to 1998. Shalini then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Bharathiya Vidya Bhavan.

In addition to their formal education, Shalini Deshpande obtained a certification as a Chartered Professional in Human Resources from CPHR BC & Yukon in August 2022.
