Joel Goh has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Joel started their career in 2004 as a Customer Service Team Lead at Scicom (MSC) Bhd, where they managed a team of customer service agents. Joel then worked as a Personal Trainer and Sales representative at California Fitness in 2007 before joining Telebiz Sdn Bhd as a Team Supervisor, where they prepared duty rosters for call center operations. Joel then served as a Branch Manager at Packet One Networks (P1) from 2009 to 2012, leading a team of customer care consultants and sales executives. Joel continued their sales management career at CG Computers Sdn Bhd and iStudio Singapore, where they were responsible for day-to-day operations and sales performance optimization. Most recently, Joel held the position of VP, Government & Public Affairs at IO Esports since 2020.
Joel Goh attended SEGi College in Subang Jaya from 2004 to 2005, where they pursued a Foundation in Business degree. During this time, their field of study included Business Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, and Advertising. Joel then enrolled at Stamford College from 2005 to 2006, where they obtained a Diploma in Sales and Marketing.

Sensing the potential of esports as a sustainable industry in the region, Mineski looks to lead the charge towards elevating esports from all possible angles, be it through competition, infrastructure, or fan support. This it does via example, from event production and coverage, tournament support, cybercafe operations, and professional gaming management.
