Felix Scharfenberg has had a varied career in design and innovation, beginning with an internship at CHUNDERKSEN in 2012. In 2015, they took on the role of Lead Designer at mealy, where they developed an iOS app from the ground up. Felix also worked as a Project Development/Researcher at Waag Society, where they developed and gave workshops to members of Saint-Gobain and other large corporations. In 2017, Felix became the Chief Design Engineer at Delft Hyperloop, where they led an interdisciplinary team of 6 engineers and designers and won the 2nd place in the SpaceX Hyperloop competition 2018. In 2018, they joined Fjord, Part of Accenture Interactive, as a Service & Business Design Senior Analyst, working with global banks, freight & logistics and entertainment companies. In 2020, Felix was appointed as a Senior Business Designer at MING Labs.

Felix Scharfenberg has a diverse educational background. From 2018 to 2018, they attended the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, where they earned a Technology MBA. From 2017 to 2018, they attended Delft University of Technology, where they earned a Master of Science in Management of Technology. From 2012 to 2015, they attended De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Design Engineering / Open Innovator. In 2014, they attended Konkuk University, where they studied Industrial and Product Design.
