Nathan Gao

Nathan Gao has been working in the UX/UI Design field since 2013. In 2013, they were a Designer, UI/UX Developer at BASH! Interactive, where they designed graphic assets and UI with Illustrator and Photoshop, created interactive applications for mobile devices, and worked closely with graphic designers and back-end developers. Also in 2013, they were a Research Assistant at Durham College, where they were responsible for brand development, graphic assets design, comprehensive layout and user interface design, and developing a responsive web app with AngularJS and Bootstrap. In 2015, they became a Lead UI/UX Designer at DXBee\u2122, where they were responsible for overseeing all web and app design projects, user experience prototyping and user interface design, and front-end development and responsive design. In 2018, they became the Lead UX Designer and then Senior UX Designer at MING Labs.

Nathan Gao attended Durham College from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Multimedia Advanced Diploma in Multimedia Design. Nathan also obtained a certification in Learning Backbone.js from Lynda.com in February 2018.
