Nguyen Ha Thanh, also known as Sophia, has a diverse and extensive background in education, psychology, and project management. Since August 2008, Sophia has held various leadership roles at FPT University, including Head of International Cooperation and Personal Development Program, Dean of International Cooperation Office, and Head of Soft Skills Department. In addition, Sophia co-founded Đường dây nóng Ngày Mai in March 2020, and previously founded Sophia Psylab Không gian Tâm lý Hà Thành, which operated from June 2017 to May 2023. Sophia also served as President of School on the Boat from March to September 2018 and worked as a Project Manager at MoLISA from April 2013 to December 2015. Earlier career experience includes a role as Project Professional at CSAGA Vietnam and Hanoi hotline 1088 from June 2002 to June 2008.
