Akshay Shinde Ms

Akshay Shinde MS, CAPM has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries.

Currently, Akshay is employed at Mini-Circuits as an Industrial/Supply Chain Engineer, a role they started in March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Supply Chain Analyst at the same company, starting in July 2021.

Before joining Mini-Circuits, Akshay worked as a Buyer at Turtle & Hughes Integrated Supply from January 2020 to July 2021. Akshay also has experience as an Operations Account Coordinator at AeroGrow International from September 2019 to January 2020.

In addition, Akshay has worked as an Equipment Inspector at Illinois Institute of Technology from October 2018 to May 2019, and as a Supply Chain Coordinator at Dcost India from May 2016 to May 2017.

Earlier in their career, Akshay served as a Process Design and Improvement Trainee at MAHINDRA CIE AUTOMOTIVE LTD from October 2015 to March 2016, and as a Quality Check Intern at Abhishek Industries Private Limited from September 2014 to November 2014.

Through their various roles, Akshay has gained experience in industrial engineering, supply chain analysis, purchasing, operations coordination, equipment inspection, and process improvement.

Akshay Shinde MS, CAPM completed their education at the Illinois Institute of Technology, where they earned a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, from 2011 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Akshay also holds several certifications. Akshay completed the "Excel 2016 Essential Training" course at LinkedIn in April 2019. In February 2019, they completed the "Introduction to Data Science," "Learning Minitab," "SAP ERP Essential Training," "Six Sigma Foundations," and "Six Sigma: Green Belt" courses, all from LinkedIn. Furthermore, they obtained the "Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)" certification from the Project Management Institute in January 2022.
