Archita Banerjee

Archita Banerjee currently serves as a Senior Product/Design Engineer at Mini-Circuits since March 2025. Prior to this role, Archita worked as an RF Engineer at RADAR from April 2023 to January 2025, leading production initiatives for RFID system hardware and managing various technical challenges in wireless RF products. From September 2017 to April 2023, Archita held the position of Research and Development Engineer at Carlisle Interconnect Technologies, focusing on product improvement and support for RF connectors. Archita's earlier experience includes RF Testing at CTDI, where testing and repairing RF units for major mobile operators was the primary responsibility, and a Research Fellowship at the University of Calcutta from August 2008 to February 2015, which involved designing and analyzing patch and Dielectric Resonator Antennas. Archita earned a Ph.D. in Microwave Antenna from the University of Calcutta between 2008 and 2015.
