Jeneva Chalian

Jeneva Chalian is a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Mini-Circuits, bringing over a decade of experience in talent acquisition strategy and execution. They previously held leadership roles at Circana as Director of Talent Acquisition and at The NPD Group as Global Talent Acquisition Manager. Jeneva has a diverse background in recruiting and program management across various sectors, including their earlier experience at Kelly Services and other staffing organizations. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and are currently pursuing further education at Bernard M. Baruch College.
