Dean Elliott

Dean Elliott has a extensive work experience in talent acquisition and management. Dean started their career in 2016 as an Account Director at Talent Equity Group. Later, they worked as an Interim Head of Talent Acquisition at The Instant Group. In 2017, they became the Director of Talent Acquisition (International) at Aktis Strategy Ltd, where they built a global team and delivered recruitment solutions for a fast-growing International Development Consultancy. In 2019, they joined Deliveroo as an Information Systems TA Lead before moving to Flyntapp as a Talent Acquisition Lead. Dean led the recruitment for design, product, operations, and sales teams in this digital start-up. Dean then worked at GoCardless as a TA Lead, where they led a team in business and tech recruitment. Dean also worked as a TA Lead at Wayflyer and Kraken Digital Asset Exchange, both through Elements Talent Consultancy. Currently, they are working at Miniclip as a Talent Acquisition Lead. Throughout their career, Dean has worked with renowned companies such as Apple, Spotify, Booking.com, IKEA, and King, among others.

Dean Elliott attended the University of South Wales from 1996 to 1998, where they earned a BA Hons degree in History.
