Marcin Zasina

Marcin Zasina began their work experience in 2010 as a Symbian Test Engineer at Comarch. In 2011, they joined Gameinvest as an Intern Programmer and later became a Programmer. From 2012 to 2020, they worked at Miniclip, starting as a Software Developer and then progressing to Lead Developer and Development Lead. In 2020, they were promoted to Senior Development Lead at Miniclip, a position they held until 2022. Currently, Marcin Zasina is working as a Development Unit Lead at Miniclip, a role they have been in since 2023.

Marcin Zasina earned their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Technology of Games and Simulations from the Technical University of Lodz, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. In addition to their academic achievements, Marcin has obtained several certifications. Marcin became a Certified LeSS Practitioner from The LeSS Company in October 2019. Marcin also obtained the Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) certification from Scrum Alliance in April 2019 and the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in July 2018. Most recently, Marcin achieved the Advanced Certified Scrum Developer (A-CSD) certification from Scrum Alliance in April 2021. Notably, in 2006, Marcin was recognized as the "Person of the Year" by TIME magazine.
