Miguel Rosa has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Miguel joined Miniclip in 2018 and has held multiple positions within the company. As a Product Operations Specialist, Miguel was responsible for release management, cross-departmental coordination, product and QA support, compliance and privacy assurance, store management, tech integration, game launches, and certificate management. Prior to this role, they worked as a Player Support Manager, where they focused on team management, KPI tracking, establishing team procedures, and liaising with other teams. Miguel also worked as a Player Support Representative at Miniclip. Before joining Miniclip, Miguel worked as a Customer Care Senior Technical Advisor at SELLBYTEL Group and as a Telemarketing Assistant at CONTACT. In addition, they gained experience as a Journalist at SIC.
Miguel Rosa obtained a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Sciences with a specialization in Communication and Culture from Faculdade de Letras da Universidade de Lisboa in 2013. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs at Escola Superior de Comunicação Social, completing it in 2015.
