Rita Cardoso

Rita Cardoso has extensive work experience, starting in 1999 with a role as an HR Co-Ordinator at Sun Microsystems. Rita worked there until 2004. In 2008, they joined Microsoft Portugal as a BMO Admin Assistant and later became a Marcom Project Manager. Their last role at Microsoft was as an HR Operations Advisor from 2012 to 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an Assistente de Direção Clínica at José de Mello Saúde. Since 2016, they have been with Miniclip, where they started as an HR Operations Specialist and later became an HR Operations Manager. Currently, they are the HR Operations & Systems Lead at Miniclip.

Rita Cardoso attended the Universidade Católica Portuguesa from 2002 to 2003, where they pursued a degree in Parh, specializing in Recursos Humanos (Human Resources). Prior to that, they studied at IADE from 1995 to 1998, but no specific degree or field of study information is available for this period. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Introduction to People Analytics from Coursera in June 2021.
