Safal Kapoor

Safal Kapoor has a strong background in game design, with experience in various roles and companies. Safal started their career as an intern in GUHRING INDIA PVT. LTD., where they gained experience in engineering drawing. Safal then moved on to SureWaves MediaTech Pvt Ltd as an intern programmer before joining Sourcebits Digital as a Game Design Lead in 2010. Safal worked at Sourcebits Digital for four years before joining Electronic Arts (EA) as a Game Designer in 2014. After a year, they transitioned to Miniclip, where they held roles such as Senior Game Designer and Lead Game Designer. Currently, as the Head of Game Design - Miniclip Partner Studios, their main responsibilities include leading the design team, supporting Miniclip's partner studios and publishing business, and focusing on product strategy, design, monetization, and roadmap for all games. Safal also assists in M&A activities.

Safal Kapoor obtained an Engineer's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Faculty of Science and Technology, ICFAI University Dehradun. Safal Kapoor also received a certification in "Leading @Miniclip" from Consulting House - International in February 2021.
