Sam Yazdani

Sam Yazdani is a Senior Corporate Counsel at Miniclip since September 2021, having previously served as Legal Counsel. Prior experience includes a range of roles at Addleshaw Goddard from January 2016 to September 2021, including Corporate M&A and P/E Associate, Registered Foreign Lawyer, and International Seconded Trainee Solicitor. Initial experience was gained as a Trainee Solicitor at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin in late 2015. Academically, Sam Yazdani holds a Financial Modelling & Valuation Analyst certification from the Corporate Finance Institute and has completed the Legal Practice Course and Graduate Diploma in Law at The University of Law. Undergraduate education was obtained at the University of Nottingham, with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons in Geography, following secondary education at Eltham College.
