Ana Luisa Figueiredo Lima

Ana Luisa Figueiredo Lima is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as an Analista de Pessoas at Minimal Club, Moon Ventures, Hoomy, and Moon Basics, since November 2022 and May 2023 respectively. Previously, Ana Luisa worked as an Auxiliar de RH at Bagy, where responsibilities included recruiting and selecting candidates, analyzing behavioral profiles, and developing onboarding and retention projects. Additionally, Ana Luisa contributed to research on early reading in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder during a scientific initiation at the Laboratório de Estudos e Extensão em Autismo e Desenvolvimento (LEAD/UFMG). Ana Luisa is pursuing a degree in Psychology at PUC Minas, expecting to graduate in 2024.
